How to use:
1. Cold compress:
Place the product in the refrigerator and refrigerate or freeze it according
to the temperature you need (recommended for more than 10 minutes).
After removing it, apply it to the area that needs cooling and cold compress.
2. Hot compress:
Place the product in a microwave oven, medium to low range, and heat for
1-2 minutes (heating temperature controlled at 50 ℃). Remove and apply to
the area that needs hot compress (if feeling hot, cool for a few minutes before use).
